Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the YSU Board of Trustees meeting from May 25, 2023. This was a Special Meeting. The Board resolved to: name Jocelyn Linsalata as a National/Global Trustee; elect executive officers of the Board of Trustees for 2023-2024; establish the residential Search Guidance Committee and Timeline; and to provide guidance for developing the FY-24 budget proposal.
