| dc.description.abstract | Presented are the minutes of the YSU Board of Trustees meeting from June 22, 2023 and the Committee Minutes from June 21, 2023. This was a regular meeting. Presentation and Recognition was given for Inter-University Day at the Statehouse and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in winning the Horizon League McCafferty Trophy. The following reports were given: The President's report; Academic Excellence and Student Success Committee report; Intercollegiate Athletics Committee report; Finance and Facilities report; University Affairs report; and Institutional Engagement Committee report. In New Business, the Board considered a resolution to conduct a national search for the next president and for that person to begin no later than Fall 2024. The recipients of the Heritage Award (Joseph Mosca and the late Syretha Cooper) were announced. Committee minutes are also included in this record. | en_US |
