dc.description.abstract	Administrators get 3% pay raise while both the ACE and YSU OEA unions are negotiating their contracts. YSU police say Courtyard Apartments boast different security policies than other campus housing which may account for more crime. Area comes together for the Summer Festival of Arts. Governor Bob Taft has appointed Louise Popio, a junior computer sciences major, as a student member of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees.	en_US
