dc.description.abstract	Dr. Ikram Khawaja, former chair of the department of Geological and Environmental Sciences, is named interim dean for the College of Arts and Sciences while the search is on hold. A history for the painted rock which has been at YSU since 1967 is given. Planetarium renovations are underway thanks to a grant from the Ward Beecher and the Florence Simon Beecher Foundations. Maag library is taking on a modern look for fall semester which would include new furniture and a cafe. Summer Festival of the Art is set for this weekend.	en_US
