dc.description.abstract | YSU Board of Trustees tabled the idea of a tuition increase until the March meeting. Student Government Association passed a resolution to investigate ways to decrease the proposed tuition increase. The sixth annual Jabali African cultural celebration took place Saturday. The Penguin Icebreakers braved the frigid temperatures and walked from Youngstown to Pittsburgh to raise money for the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. A scholarship is established in memory of Jackie Novak, a 2001 YSU alumnus who died unexpectedly from a blood clot on her lung. The last feature story of the Title IX is given. | en_US |
