dc.description.abstract OEA members and administration negotiators have ran into a snag with their contract agreement with OEA filing a pre-grievance with Tom Maraffa, special assistant to President David Sweet, who has handled contract negotiations with the union. State Senator Marc Dann addressed a small crowd in YSU's Kilcawley Center about the far-ranging affects of corruption in Columbus. Youngstown State University political science major David Sisk is running for a seat on the Boardman's Board of Education. The Coca-Cola sponsored Penguin Prize Patrol group toured campus awarding students with balloons and YSU backpacks. President David Sweet announced yesterday the three daughters of Jeff Novak, the local man who will be featured in an upcoming episode of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," will receive free tuition scholarships to YSU. Author Staughton Lynd present his thoughts on the 1993 Lucasville Prison riots and their Youngstown connection. YSU women's basketball coach, Tish Hill, is signed on for a four-year extension. en_US
