dc.description.abstract	YSU graduate, Andrew Herman, experiences the Congo as a member of the Peace Corps. George Hammar, crime prevention office for the campus police department, recently received a plaque in honor of becoming the first member of the newly formed American Crime Prevention Association (ACPA). The Austintown Cinema complex and the Ohio Cultural Alliance (OCA) have announced plans of a joint venture to bring foreign films into the Youngstown area.	en_US
