dc.description.abstract	Incumbent congressman Lyle Williams (R) and challenger George Tablak (D) engaged in a low key debate on the YSU campus. Plans for Homecoming were presented. Student Council moved to study the poor handicapped seating arrangement in Stambaugh Stadium. The Penguin Review sought submissions. The talents of area weavers were exhibited at the Kilcawley Gallery. The band Pere Ubu was reviewed.	en_US
