dc.description.abstract Cuts in the number of limited-service teaching staff threatened to limit classes. The Trustees balanced the budget by cutting back on some operations. The day care service suffered low enrollment. Expansions to Kilcawley Center were opened. Theft and acts of vandalism plagued the Campus Police. The Homecoming parade was planned to be the longest in YSU’s history. Pell Grants were to average $72 less for the academic year 1981-82. en_US
