dc.description.abstract The Engineering Technology program received accreditation. The NFL strike was discussed; students lacked sympathy for the striking players. A sluggish economy was blamed for the closing of the YSU TV Center. The value of degrees was questioned as degree holders came to outnumber jobs. Financial aid was expected to remain steady, despite cuts initiated by the Reagan Administration. en_US
