dc.description.abstract	Student Government member acts illegally by signing an invoice for Student Government when he was not registered for classes. The Penguin Review struggles to stay afloat having problems getting equipment and office space. Skeggs Lecture Series committee has announced its 67th speaker to come to the YSU community will be former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. The Penguin Place, former home of YSU President Dr. Leslie Cochran and his wife Lin, will be featured in an edition of "Christie's Great Escapes Magazine." University Theater to present comic musical "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum." Volleyball Sophomore Kristen Meech has been selected at the Mid-Continent Conference Player of the Week and ranked second in the nation with blocks per game. Walter Payton shines as a true champion	en_US
