dc.description.abstract	YSU students returning from vacation received word in the mail there will no longer be emergency loans distributed through the financial aid department. WCBA is offering students a chance to earn an associates or bachelor's degree in business administration entirely on weekends. Beeghly Hall is ready for students. Peaberry's comes to YSU, taking over the former Pub location. Bliss Hall gets a makeover. MAC Tech program offered adult-entry program. YSU Police offer safety advice. Homecoming festivities are given. Penguins win first game of the 1998 season. Penguin volleyball team wins four straight games.	en_US
