dc.description.abstract	William Collins, director of financial aid, explains how a Supreme Court ruling about the draft will effect financial aid awards. The Developmental Education department will offer two summer classes in reading and writing. No decision has been made about the EPA's complaint against Youngstown Thermal Corporation. Four students talk about their work with the Pre-Employment Academic Services Division of the Youngstown Private Industry Council. University service workers voted to join a new union, the Communication Workers of America/ Council of Public Workers. A new "gold bar" scholarship will be awarded to second-year ROTC cadets. Four departments get new chairmen. Continuing education director John Loch explains the benefits of non-credit education. University Dinner Theatre presents "Stop the World- I Want To Get Off." John Gatta reviews the new Police album "Synchronicity." Steve Tolnar anticipates the MLB All-Star game with former YSU athlete Dave Dravecky.
