dc.description.abstract YSU President Dr. Leslie Cochran's upcoming retirement played a key role in the decision to implement the six percent budget reallocation in order to keep the university from a possible "fiscal watch" by the Ohio Board of Regents in 2002. Deans offer mix responses to the six percent reallocation. Conferences and events will be cancelled for departments within Student Activities due to the budget reallocation. en_US
