dc.description.abstract	The Rec center proposal passed with 1,048 votes for and 217 voted against the rec center. On April 10, the first steps were made in forming an education program between YSU and Western Galilee University in Israel. Requirements are still unclear for student teachers who will only have to student teach for one semester instead of two quarters. Jambar speak with international author, Suzanne Fisher Staples, and Diana Mitchell, who teaches summer workshops for English teachers.	en_US
