dc.description.abstract	In the article "Deacon Decantur Declares" School spirit is brought up in particular with the basketball team. It is encouraged to show enthusiasm and school spirit by pushing clubs, sports, The Jambar and the Annual. The YoCo basketball team head to victory against Fenn at a score of 34-32. "A Little About Fencing" explains how the art of fencing still captures attention in various university in Europe as well as the United States and claims that as a sport, fencing has a special value in that it relies on skill and not size. The YoCo fencing team was rated as one of the best in the state and support goes out to them. There is an announcement of the formation of the Glee Clubs under the direction of Mrs. Bowden. In Highlights of the Recent Roller Skating Party are listed and the rest of the issue is dedicated to poetry.	en_US
