dc.description.abstract YSU students were to direct black cultural programs. Dr. J. Thomas Underwood, a drug specialist, was scheduled to speak. Fired Sociology professor Bhagwati P.K. Poddar won an “official” victory in court, but failed to be reinstated. Amendments to the Student Government constitution had to be approved by the student body. Department heads considered language requirements. Local “Nader’s Raiders” organized to fight pollution. WYSU-FM was off the air for Easter, despite the fact that Easter is not on the official University calendar. The Ohio Board of Regents approved a Child Care Technology course. en_US
