dc.description.abstract Discontent ensues over faculty evaluation results. Poet Stephen Spender was to present a reading of his own poetry. The YSU Community of Concern and the Mahoning Valley Peace Action Council planned to charter four busses to the upcoming March on Washington. YSU’s OEA chapter established a faculty defense fund in the wake of the dismissal of Sociology professor Bhagwati P.K. Poddar. The “hot pants” fashion fad was highlighted. en_US
