dc.description.abstract	Mayor Jack Hunter considered a revised request to permit a march from YSU to Youngstown’s Central Square to commemorate the dead of Kent State, Vietnam, and other sites of war-related violence. Student Council endorsed the march and other items. A YSU maintenance employee was arrested for participation in an illegal numbers activity.	en_US
