Local labor leader Al Shipka expressed his enthusiasm over his appointment to the YSU Board of Trustees. President Albert Pugsley declared that the so-called “free university” classes taught by Dr. Bhagwati P.K. Poddar on “The New Sociology” had no official credit standing at YSU.
