dc.description.abstract Hearings opened in the Ohio Senate on Senate Bill 352 which called for the expansion of the Ohio Board of Regents and the YSU Board of Trustees. An honors student wounded by gunshot in a robbery attempt prior to his graduation was hired as a chemist by the City of Youngstown. YSU-OEA won a grievance filed on behalf of a tenured faculty member, a representative of the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare arrived in Youngstown to look into the charges levied against dismissed professor Bhagwati P.K. Poddar. Aerial shots of the YSU Campus were presented. en_US
