dc.description.abstract	R. Buckminster Fuller, the inventor of the geodesic dome, was the third Skeggs Lecturer. Dr. Nicholas Paraska was named the Dean of the Technical & Community College. The student view of the city’s vehicle tow-away policy is presented by a Jambar staffer, whose own car was towed. Edith Painter, YSU’s Dean of Women, was profiled.	en_US
