dc.description.abstract Kappa Sigma Kappa fraternity will present their 20th Annual Sadie Hawkins Day festivities today with the Mayor, Frank X. Kryzan proclaiming the day at noon with the traditional race afterward. Prof. Karl W. Dykema, head of the Youngstown University English Department, has been named a member of one of the regional selection committees for the National Woodrow Wilson Fellowship Program. Mr. P.P. Buchanan, registrar of Youngstown University since 1928, was elected president of the Ohio College Registrar' Association.
