Abstract:

The Board of Trustees approved a new climate control plan and the creation of a new Center for Urban Studies. President Pugsley answered questions pertaining to the University’s 11-point statement on violence, and defended his appointment of a white faculty member to teach black history. Margarita Mills, associate professor of Spanish, was profiled.
