dc.description.abstract	A three-person investigative team reported in favor of Protestant chaplain Rev. Burton Cantrell, who had come under criticism by the Youngstown Council of Churches for his political activity and causes. YSU Trustees approved a new 11-point statement. The 1969 Greek Sing was to be recorded. Newscaster Howard K. Smith was to speak in Strouss Auditorium. “Carnival” was to be the theme for Spring Weekend. The “Greek Veto” was to appear on the student government election ballot.	en_US
