dc.description.abstract | Trustees approved an increase in the dormitory fee. Winter enrollment was up by 735 students. A revised financial policy was proposed for Student Government. Two students were named to the YSU Senate. Legislation proposed by the Nixon Administration posed a threat to the draft deferments of YSU students, while it was speculated that the draft would boost membership in Army ROTC.
