dc.description.abstract | The Jambar laments that fact that most students were unaware of the upcoming elections to student government. A biographical list of candidates was included Academic VP Coffield sought recommendations for a class attendance policy. Consumer advocate Ralph Nader was named to speak as part of YSU’s annual Artists Lecture Series. The Faculty responded positively to the new evaluation forms. A poetry reading by Hale Chatifeld was planned. Dr. Alice Budge sought YSU participation in a grape boycott in support of migrant workers.
