dc.description.abstract | The Board of Trustees was to vote on the establishment of a fine arts college. The University Senate continued its reorganization, while President John Coffelt (and the Ohio Senate) continued to block the seating of a student representative to the YSU Board of Trustees. Problems encountered by disabled students were discussed in the aftermath of a campus poll. More discussion ensued on the legislation that changed adult status from 21 to 18 years of age in Ohio. Grounds director Henry Garano predicted a thoroughly modern YSU campus by 1985. | en_US |
