dc.description.abstract	The Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission grants YSU $60,000 to modify buildings to make them accessible to the physically challenged. Repairs to Bliss Hall were made and construction resumed. The Associated Campus Press rated the Jambar as No. 1. The Kilcawley Board acted upon recommendations to it constitution. The new dean of student affairs, Dr. Charles McBriarty, was interviewed.	en_US
