dc.description.abstract	A new budgetary process will take place with emphasis on importance. President Cochran and budget Director, G.L. Mears, are optimistic about the budget. Criminal justice department extended advising hours. Phillipe Sebastian, student representative on the Board of Trustees, is the focus of Student on the Move. The arts coalition makes plans to set up scholarship, The Lee Roy Mitchell Scholarship fund is being celebrated in honor of Mitchell, a musical from the area who recently died of a heart attack. Antoine Woods is this week's student athlete honor.	en_US
