dc.description.abstract	Orientation issue. Faculty members are on strike for the first time. Funding for a new dorm north of campus is approved. Rich George interviews Dr. Lynn Hemminger, Physical Education. The orientation issue includes articles on the Women's Resource Center, Financial Aid, Parking, Students Serving Students, study tips, food choices, Student Government, the Greek system, Health Services, and college deans. Student Government president Brian Fry announces his goals for the year. Dawn Marzano describes popular local bands: The Infidels, Sacred Hate, and The Sharkbites. Jambar staff members set goals for the year. The sports page covers baseball, tennis, volleyball, cross country, and football.	en_US
