dc.description.abstract	Civil Engineering student, Robert Kirkpatrick, is a finalist in the "Express yourself in Neon" competition sponsored by Dodge and Mademoiselle. YSU Engineering and technology department are participating in the 1997 Society of Automotive Engineers Midwest Mini-Baja. Alumni Association is offering a $1,000 Legacy Scholarship. Coaches Mike Sullivan and Mike Priefer join the Penguin football staff.	en_US
