Abstract:

The Budget Subcommittee offered its recommendation regarding the General Fee. The Rev. Ralph Abernathy was to be a speaker at Stambaugh Auditorium. The influence of the women’s movement in career roles was examined. Affirmative action in Youngstown was discussed. A karate demonstration was held.
