dc.description.abstract	The Budget Committee zeros out funding for YSU"s foreign language magazine, the Polyglot. William Collins, director of financial aid, says that YSU will not enforce the new law requiring male students to register for the draft in order to qualify for aid. Lillian Jones describes McGruff Days activities about crime prevention. Thomas Doctor, director of the computer center, talks about the new upgrades to the computer system. Student Council member Jeff Hall makes a motion to review the nomination process for publications editors. Student Dave Lusby talks about the steps he took to start a fencing club on campus. Political Science professor Carey Cavanaugh will take students on a two week tour of the Soviet Union. Clarence Moore reviews Nona Hendryx's new album. Lisa Williams reviews Youngstown Playhouse's performance of Camelot. The sports section includes Fite Nite results and an article about the new athletic director, Joe Malmisur.	en_US
