dc.description.abstract	Study from the Center of Urban Studies suggests ways to save city of Youngstown. Area youth receive alternatives to the streets through the first National youth Sports Program being held at YSU. YSU faculty, students and staff participate in the Trumbull County Fair. Chair of Bank One, Donald Cagigas, will deliver address at summer commencement. K.J. Satrum, new executive director of Student Services hope to improve services.	en_US
