William McGraw, Dean of Fine and Performing Arts, explains how the Special Lectures Committee schedules speakers. Dan Pecchia interviews Quentin Lowry, a former YSU football player who plays for the Washington Redskins. The Centurian organization inducted 89 students at a dinner.
