dc.description.abstract Many YoCo students are given bond sales awards during the drive. The bond drive has a quote of $10,000 which must be reached before April 01. The goal is a plane for the army air corps. Common Pleas Judge David G. Jenkins' decision of February 07, to lease the old Rayen School building on Wick Avenue for 20 years, as the William Rayen Technical Institute of Youngstown College, represents an outstanding event in the history of the college.
