dc.description.abstract	Michael I. Monus, president of Phar-Mor, Inc., has been named chairman of the YSU Board of Trustees; however, his selection was not without controversy. Opposition to the appointment became manifest when Monus's poor attendance record at Board meetings was taken into consideration. Monus promises to adjust his schedule accordingly, or he will resign from the post.	en_US
