dc.description.abstract	YSU trustee Jack O'Connell and his wife, Janet, filed a $1.25 million lawsuit against the university. The suit stemmed from an accident in 1993 in which the couple was struck by a YSU pick-up truck while crossing Fifth Avenue after a football game.	en_US
