dc.description.abstract	Twenty-one YU students completed a 48-mile relay marathon promoting passages of State Issue 1. The runners picked up the "Torch of Learning" at Akron at 12:45 p.m. and arrived at the YU campus at 5:20 p.m., 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Under the provisions of State Issue 1, YU and other Ohio colleges and universities would be eligible to receive grants of public money.	en_US
