Abstract:

Colonel John Wales III, director of Financial Aids at YSU since 1967, announced his retirement. Prior to becoming Financial Aids chief, Wales served as YSU Army ROTC's professor of military science until his retirement from the service after 26 years of active duty and ten years in the Army Reserves.
