Abstract:

Dr. E. B. Smith of the YoCo History faculty was appointed by the U.S. State Department to serve as director of its summer seminar program for July and August 1952. The program was designed to instruct a small number of outstanding graduate students and college instructors in the actual problems of American foreign policy.
