dc.description.abstract The following analysis describes the graduate candidate's experience as a designer of technology applications, when collaborating with a subject matter eXPert (SME). The application in question involved the design ofa descriptive website for the program Clinical Practice to education administration graduate candidates at a midwestern university. The analysis begins with an acknowledgment of the mentors that motivated the graduate candidate in the identification ofone's educational philosophy. In chapter one, the graduate candidate starts with an introduction to the thesis in terms of the nature of the capstone project itself, followed by a description ofthe Bridge Clinical Program with a backgroundanalysis, and the professional background of those involved in the website's project. Chapter two consists of a literature review about the website and other technological applications when seen under the guidelines of instructional design and visual literacy. In chapter three the graduate candidate discusses the procedures or steps taken in the creation of the website. Finally, in chapter four the graduate candidate describes the content and the technology features used on the website's pages in addition to a conclusion regarding the lessons learned while creating the website. en_US
