Abstract:

Biography on W. James Cobbin from the Delta Heritage Project. After playing baseball in the Negro League and USAREUR League in the 1950's, Cobbin became an entrepreneur and is the owner and president of CCS Trans, Inc. and the W. J. Cobbin Office Tower in Youngstown, Ohio.
