The University Senate passed a resolution permitting the use of the grades "Credit" and "No Entry." An additional motion passed to record only the higher grade for repeated courses.
It was announced that fourteen YSU students would be seated in a voting capacity on the University Senate as of May 1, 1972. Students were granted voting privileges by the YSU Board of Trustees.
