dc.description.abstract	President Jones presided. Mr. Dykema reported on the Committee on Honorary Degrees. Nominees for Honorary degrees include: Anthony Flask, Perry Epler Grosham, Howard Hanson, Richard L. Krabach, and William McKee. Chief of Campus Security, Paul Cress, discussed the parking situation for students and faculty. A representative from NCATE was on campus for a reappraisal study. A Youngstown University student had been awarded a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship.
