dc.description.abstract President Pugsley presided. New Senate members were introduced. The Constitution and Bylaws Committee presented final drafts of all the changes in the Constitution made by the Senate. Nominees for the Constitution and Bylaws committee were announced. The Executive Committee of the Senate recommended that membership structure of the Senate be examined. An Ad Hoc Committee is created to recommend a policy on "Pass-Fail" grading. A Joint Standing Committee was created called "The Audio-Visual Media Committee." An Ad Hoc Committee was created to study the University-wide class scheduling. The Faculty Affairs Committee gave its report. Dr. Lawrence Looby gave a report of the Continuing Education, Technical and Community College. President Pugsley commented on the Vietnam Moratorium which was held October 15, 1969.
