dc.description.abstract	Dr. Jean Kelty presided. President John Coffelt greeted the Senate members, gave a brief history of the Senate, and informed them of the struggles which are ahead. A new Charter and Bylaws will be available next week. Revisions are underway for the Undergraduate Catalog. The Executive Senate completed committee appointments and reported on the library budget.
