dc.description.abstract	President Jones presided. Dr. Cernica reported on the funds available from the National Science Foundation, which are to be matched by the University. Mr. Nelson reported for the Committee on Constituion and Bylaws. Mrs. Smith, the Recorder, will report at the next meeting on a study of the students admitted from the lower third of their high school class. Mr. Dykema reported that in November there was a notice from the United States Office of Eduction that funds were available for establishments of institutes in English, Education, History and others. Building projects are underway for the Engineering Building, Student Union and a parking area.
