Presented are the agenda and minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown College on March 21, 1949. Highlights include: the election of Board officers; the College enrollment report; the faculty report; the completion of the College auditorium; report of the Association of Friends of the Youngstown College Library; report on the Mahoning County Medical Association project; report of the Salary and Investment Committee; report on the library; and the approval of amended bylaws.
